First dissemination event with colleagues and friends in a team building activity where we explored and shared individual messages we want to spread in our colective work for the transformation of our environment (individual, social and global). Like the cells, organs and systems that make up the human body that cooperates to keep the body alive, each one plays its fundamental role in sustaining life, each one contributes with their power, a value to this ecosystem of cooperation in the face of competition that kills #boringrevolution #powerfulpeople #lovelife #lifetolove #eramus+ #YOUThWorkMatters
As a follow-up activity from YouTH Work Matters, we participated in a session at the University of Málaga with academic tutors, professional tutors and Pedagogy students. We reflected on how to make practicum experiences more meaningful and supportive, highlighting the importance of emotional wellbeing and the role of tutors in accompanying students throughout their learning process. We also shared some of the key learnings from the training course and finished the activity by planting trees together in a new campus space dedicated to nature, wellbeing and community care. This symbolic and practical activity encouraged reflection on the value of alternative learning environments, wellbeing, and mutual care within the educational community. It also reinforced the idea that caring for ourselves, others, and our environment are interconnected dimensions of meaningful educational practice .
